This course meets Level One requirements of the treatment options prescribed by KSA-8-1567, as adjudicated following a DUI (ADSAP) evaluation in the State of Kansas. Upon completion of this class you will be sent a certificate for your attorney and/or to file with your court case for proof of compliance. Before you enroll, ensure it will be accepted in the jurisdiction of your case, as the course is non-refundable.
